Appointment Policy

No Deposit Required to Book Appointments.

Packages/Pre-Paid Sessions:

Appointments canceled, missed, or hanged without 24 hours notice will be taken and deducted from the client’s package.
If this is a prepaid treatment, you will be forfeiting this treatment.
Deposits paid for services are non-refundable.

Upon scheduling your appointment, you must provide credit card information which will be kept on file as a payment option and to be charged in case of missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before scheduled appointments). A receipt for each payment is available upon request. Your credit card will be saved on file through our secure practice software. You will have the option at the time of your session to pay your balance via your credit card on file or choose a different payment method as well.

You will receive a text and/or email reminder before your appointment to confirm. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you are able to do so using the button found at the bottom of the reminder email. (must be done NO LESS than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment)

NO SHOW or CANCELLATIONS:

IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW OR NEED TO CANCEL IT MUST BE DONE NO LESS THAN 24-HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SESSION OR FOR PRE-PURCHASED SESSIONS (package/promotion) YOUR SESSION WILL BE REDEEMED AS USED AND DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 10 mins late (without proper notice), and the credit card on file will be charged for the entire session fee.

Packages and Treatments:

The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per-treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
Clients may purchase as many packages as they like; however, payment must be made upfront in full, and the terms of our refund policy apply.
The package's full amount is payable before any treatments commence.
Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
A Body Sculpting Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the package purchased; however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
All packages have a 6-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.
If we believe additional treatments will reach the desired result, we will advise the client before purchasing additional treatments.
Clients must follow all the aftercare protocols recommended by the Body Sculpting Therapist.
Discounts are not to be used with any other offer or promotion.
No guarantees can be made concerning the expected results. Several treatments may be necessary to complete the treatment.
